How can I change my account information?
You can change your account information by logging
in and clicking on the My Account link in the
top right-hand navigation on our home page. Then
click on 'Edit Account' to update your e-mail
address, name, password, and billing or shipping
information.
How secure is my account information?
Completely secure. ResaleAgain.com is committed
to protecting the security and privacy of your
information. For details on the security of your
transactions, please click on Privacy Policy on
the left side of the home page (you may have to
scroll down).
How do I get a copy of an invoice for
my order?
Log in to your account, click on My Account on
the top navigation of our home. Then click on
'Order History' and select the order number of
the invoice you require to view or print the invoice.
I forgot my password. How do I get it?
Click on My Account on the top navigation of our
home page Click on the button that says 'I forgot
my password.' Insert your email address and a
message will appear: 'A new password has been
sent to your email address.' Within approximately
ten minutes, your password will be e-mailed to
you.
Canceling an Order
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process
has been completed. Due to our commitment to process
orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed
our warehouse is immediately notified to pick
and pack the order for shipment. We regret any
inconvenience that this may cause you.
Coupons
How do I use a coupon?
To use your coupon, you do not need a special
code or number. By clicking on the link on our
promotion, your coupon will automatically show
up when you place items in your shopping cart
and will be deducted from your total when you
check out. Once you have clipped a coupon, it
will remain on the account until its expiration
date. Coupons can only be used in association
with the e-mail address you used when you clicked
on the link to our promotion. If you visit us
another time using another e-mail address, you
will not be able to access previous coupons. If
you do not see your coupon on your on-screen invoice,
please contact us before you place your order.
Coupon offers cannot be combined with any other
promotions. Only one coupon offer may be used
per household and per an e-mail address. Coupons
cannot be redeemed for cash. Other restrictions
may apply.
Credit card transactions
Are credit card transactions on ResaleAgain.com
safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer
to use your credit card over the Internet than
in a restaurant or department store. ResaleAgain.com's
servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption
technology that works with Netscape Navigator,
Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser,
so that only ResaleAgain.com can read a customer's
personal information. If you would like more information

Why would my card be declined if there
are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent
transactions, the billing and shipping address
is verified through your credit card company.
If the billing address on your ResaleAgain.com
account differs from the billing address on your
bank's records, you could be declined. Please
verify that your account information is correct,
and then notify your credit card company to ensure
that they have your most up-to-date information.
Additionally, we do not have the capability to
validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.
Payment options
What are my payment options?
We do not accept money orders. We accept PayPal,
and most major credit cards through PayPal; Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit
cards.

PayPal provides a centralized method to pay
by credit card or any bank account, through a
secure and independent party. PayPal simply pays
ResaleAgain.com for your purchase. You control
how much money is in your PayPal account.
To pay for your ResaleAgain.com order with PayPal,
you must first establish a PayPal account. Once
established, you can deposit funds into this account
from your credit card or from your checking account.
Once the funds are in your account, you can place
your order on our website. To establish a PayPal
account, visit paypal.com,
and click on the link which says "Sign up
for your FREE PayPal Account". If you need
additional assistance, you can contact PayPal's
Customer Service by phone at 1-888-221-1161.
Prices
Would I ever see similar items at lower
prices elsewhere?
ResaleAgain.com takes great care to ensure we
provide quality products at great bargain prices.
Our average markdown is 52 percent below the Manufacturer's
Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
On rare occasions, lower prices may be found at
local retailers. These are usually limited-time
offers sold below cost, created to entice you
into the store to buy additional products at non-discounted
prices. Our buyers regularly conduct price comparisons
against other online stores and retailers and
we always price our products so that they are
substantially less expensive. When you shop online
with us, you can be sure of great prices--across
the board.
Would I ever find the MSRP listed lower
at other stores?
The manufacturer establishes the Manufacturer's
Suggested Retail Prices. In principle, this provides
a single point of comparison for all retailers.
We always contact manufacturers direct to procure
accurate MSRPs but cannot be responsible for the
information published by other retailers.
Are your MSRPs inflated?
No. They are based on genuine prices as set by
manufacturers. Although other retailers may advertise
prices below the MSRP, these prices reflect the
retailer's own pricing, not the manufacturer's
recommended pricing. At ResaleAgain.com, we offer
substantial savings over the MSRP (discounts of
at least 50 percent) and over prices advertised
by other retailers.
What is your policy on price changes?
All prices are subject to change without notice.
In order to continually refresh your product options,
we sometimes change our prices to move inventory
quickly. However, we realize the need to be sensitive
to previous purchases, and we'll offer a coupon
toward your next purchase when the price of an
item you just purchased has been reduced within
5 days after the date your order was originally
placed. Please contact us at customersupport@ResaleAgain.com
within 5 days of placing your order so we can
issue your coupon.
Product availability
Why would an item be out of stock when
it still appears on your site?
Because of the great deals we offer, many of our
products sell out very quickly. In addition, because
many of our products are 'close-outs,' when they
are gone they are gone. We do update our site
hourly, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting
the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand
particularly since thousands of people visit our
online store everyday. To avoid missing out on
our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly.
Unlike most other Internet retailers, ResaleAgain.com
carries a full inventory for every product we
sell. This means that when we say an item is in
stock, we mean it. In rare cases however, we may
take your order and then discover that the product
is not available for shipping (i.e., it is damaged
or defective). In this case, we will notify you
via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our
utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible.
You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Do you ever restock items that are sold
out?
Yes, we are occasionally able to restock items.
However, because some of our products are close-outs,
we recommend that you take immediate advantage
of our great deals and place your order without
delay.

State laws require that internet retailers collect
sales tax in states where they are resident. ResaleAgain.com
is currently resident in the state of Arizona.
Subsequently we are required to charge applicable
taxes in Arizona.
Shopping and checkout
How do I cancel an order?
Our focus on customer satisfaction means items
are processed and shipped quickly! We actually
process your order from our warehouse within hours.
Consequently, if you ask us to cancel an order,
it is most likely being prepared for shipment
