ReSaleAgain announced the pre-opening of it's online storefront. The Web site can be viewed at http://www.resaleagain.com. ReSaleAgain, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, merchandizes new, overstock, refurbished, remanufactured, rebuilt and used products.

Michel Prettyman, president of the organization, has extensive experience in various computer related business, including online storefronts. Jerry Hartman, our CFO, has 25 years experience in successful corporate finance and management. Duane Roberts, COO, has operated various types of businesses, is a successful author, including a book on marketing, and has written the content for numerous Web sites.

"We are currently interviewing applicants for an executive merchant to manage the vendors offering products on the site," Mr. Prettyman said and then added, "To be successful, many products must be offered to our online consumers."

To date, ReSaleAgain has successfully negotiated, or is in the process of negotiating the following:

Health and Beauty - 60K different items from single vendor
Computer & Electronics - many different items, up to 500 at any one time.

Medical Technology - still under negotiation, maybe in the thousands
Pharmaceuticals - 30k different items over the counter

ReSaleAgain expects to have approximately 250,000 different items for sale on the site.
